Day 1:
Transfer from Johannesburg International Airport or your hotel to Pretoria, South Africa's administrative capital. Enjoy a city tour 
including the Voortrekker Monument and Museum and Paul Kruger's House. Travel to the town of Cullinan for a tour of the famous diamond mine. Return to Pretoria for dinner and a cultural presentation.

Day 2:
Today drive via Dullstroom and Lydenburg to Pilgrim's Rest for lunch. Continue along the dramatic Eastern Escarpment of the Drakensberg ("Dragon Mountains"). Visit God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes, the Blyde River Canyon and the Three Rondavels. Arrive at your overnight accommodation in time for a game drive, followed by dinner.

Day 3:
Arise early and after coffee and rusks, take an early morning bush walk and game drive, followed by a leisurely breakfast. Visit the 
Moholoholo Wildlife Centre and learn about its rehabilitation programme. Transfer after lunch to our accommodation for the next two nights at a private game lodge in Big Five territory. Enjoy an evening game drive and dinner under the stars.

Day 4:
At first light, search for wildlife on a game drive and bush walk. The remainder of the day will be spent relaxing in the African bush. Take an evening drive in search of the Big Five. Return to a traditional African dinner in the boma.

Day 5:
After an early morning game drive or bush walk, we will visit the Hoedspruit Research and Breeding Centre for Endangered 
Species. After lunch, transfer to our private lodge in time for an evening drive in search of more of Africa's unique wildlife. Return to the lodge and settle by the fire for dinner under the stars.
Day 6:
This morning we enter Kruger National Park, South Africa's largest national park. The day will be spent exploring the Park and searching for the great variety of wildlife that Kruger has to offer. An optional night drive is available.

Day 7:
Return to Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to Port Elizabeth.

Day 8:
Travel along the "Garden Route" visiting Storms River and Plettenberg Bay en route. Arrive in Knysna for an afternoon at leisure followed by a sundowner cruise.

Day 9:
Drive to Oudtshoorn for a tour of an ostrich farm after which lunch will be provided. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Cango Caves.

Day 10:
Visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch and then travel via Route 62 through the Little Karoo. Pass through the orchard villages of Ladysmith and Barrydale and arrive in the afternoon at the Cape winelands. Stay 
overnight at a wine estate in the Stellenbosch area.

Day 11:
Tour a winery, sampling some of the great wines for which this area is famous. Drive to Cape Town and ride the cable car to the top of Table Mountain. Tour the city, the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and take a drive to the village of Bloubergstrand. Accommodation for the next three nights is on Cape Town's historic Waterfront.
Drive to the Cape of Good Hope National Park via St. James, Fish Hoek and Simon's Town. Enjoy lunch at Cape Point before returning to Cape Town.
